Evening tasting menu with the special pairing of one of the Txakolí Garate dishes
The Amaica restaurant is a small, charming restaurant with a pleasant terrace. Behind the proposal is chef Carlos Salvador, a cook with experience in Mugaritz, Alkimia and Gresca. Amaica is only open for dinner with a tasting menu of 11 dishes. On the occasion of the BWW, introduce a star dish, paired with Txakolí Garate.
Txakolí Garate is a family txakoli winery located in Laudio (Araba) with its own vineyards of Hondarrabi Zuri, Zerratia and Riesling, which has been producing txakoli since the 20th century. Currently the winery is managed by Josu Egoitz Zubiaur, the 4th generation dedicated to the production of txakoli.
