    Master of Wine since 2020. Originally from Scotland. Postgraduate in viticulture and oenology in Lincoln Univ. 2002. Founder of the winery where he produces wine from 40 hectares of vineyards, predominantly old Garnacha, across 5 villages in Aragón.
