    Biography

    Graduated in Tourism Management and Sommelier from CETT-UB, she co-founded Caram Caram, focusing on gastronomic tourism. She teaches at the School of Wine Tourism of Catalonia and was Head of Wine Tourism at Parés Baltà.

    A renowned sommelier will lead a tasting with pairing, exclusively for 25 participants, including representatives of the media and professionals from the wine sector in the United States. This event, organized within the framework of the campaign funded by the European Union 'Taste the Difference', will offer attendees a guided tasting of selected wines representing the different Catalan wine Denominations of Origin paired with typical foods of Catalan gastronomy, highlighting their unique qualities and the richness of their cultural heritage.
