    Biography

    Ferran Centelles DipWSET was part of the sommelier team at the restaurant elBulli from 2000 to 2011. After the restaurant was transformed into a foundation, Ferran remains connected to elBullifoundation through the Sapiens del Vino project.

    La cata de cinco añadas excepcionales y de clima extremo del Teixar Vi de Finca Qualificada de Vinyes Domènech, dirigida por Ferran Centelles, será el eje conductor para acercarnos al origen tarraconense. Joan Ignasi Domènech explicará la recuperación de los viñedos viejos de garnacha peluda como legado para las nuevas plantaciones y conocerá la distribución geográfica de la superficie plantada por antigüedad y altitudes, así como la exposición de los diferentes estudios sobre la resiliencia de la Garnacha, y concretamente de la Garnacha Peluda, al cambio climático que nos hará Xoán Elorduy. Para acabar, qué percepción hay desde EE.UU. UU. y las propuestas para mejorar su conocimiento y difusión con Rick Fisher.
