Marco Abella winery offers a wine tasting at the Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona in conjunction with the screening of the opera “Un ballo in maschera” organized by the Grup Verdi dels Amics del Liceu.
The Grup Verdi of Amics del Liceu offers us the screening in the surroundings of the opera Un ballo in maschera, a summary of Verdi’s opera in a single audiovisual that includes the best musical fragments from different productions, with the most emblematic singers of the past and present. After the screening, and on the occasion of the BWW, the Marco Abella winery will offer a tasting of 4 Priorat wines, two white and two red.
Marco Abella – Unique wines from unique vineyards – is a family winery based in Porrera (Tarragona) for centuries, that produces wines combining tradition with modernity, wines that convey the uniqueness of the terroir that gives them life and the essence of Priorat. The Decanter World Wine Awards 2023 has awarded the highest score (97 points) and platinum medal to Clos Abella 2019.
