Its gastronomic jewel, led by renowned chef Martín Berasategui, includes the award-winning Lasarte restaurant (3 Michelin stars), the sophisticated Oria (1 Michelin star), the cosmopolitan Hall0 Cocktail Bar and the charming Verbena Terrace. The culinary experience is characterized by exquisite dishes, fresh products and a variety that satisfies even the most demanding palates.

Monument Hotel Barcelona is part of the DO Penedès Route. That is why during the week it offers an exclusive tapa of homemade Pastrami mollete with cured bacon, manchego and truffle, with a selection of DO Penedès:

· Mellow rice with grilled octopus, chistorra sausage and artichokes. Food pairing: Macabeu Brisat Vinya Meix 2022, Can Lleó

· Leg of suckling lamb roasted at low temperature with aji panca chili, mashed potatoes and shallot confit. Pairing: La Basseta 2021, Can Suriol

· Brie de Vaca “Coronat” cheese from Mas Claperol. Food pairing: Negre Tradició 2013, Can Feixes.

· Red fruit infusion with cream cheese and black sesame crumble. Food pairing: Advent Samsó Advent 2019, MontRubí (sweet).
